As with any online business, SYNCSPRINTS LIMITED often encounters challenges with fraudsters and card thieves. Despite many such transactions being handled by payment processors and card issuers, some fraudulent activities manage to slip through. This often involves stolen cards or unauthorized use by family members without the card owner’s knowledge.

To safeguard our operations, SYNCSPRINTS LIMITED has implemented stringent security checks. We aim to prevent scenarios where products are shipped only to find out later that the payment card was reported stolen, resulting in chargebacks. Banks and card issuers typically refund fraud victims but do not compensate merchants. Thus, if we suspect a transaction may be fraudulent, we will either cancel it or disregard it to avoid losses.

If we decide to cancel a suspicious order, refunds are typically processed after a few days—this allows the card owner to become aware of the unauthorized activity and block their card. Furthermore, we will notify the relevant authorities whenever possible.

Unfortunately, legitimate customers can sometimes be mistakenly flagged as potential fraud risks. If this happens, orders may be delayed for additional verification and could be canceled based on the situation’s severity. To prevent this:

• Respond promptly to our verification email, which each customer will receive.
• Ensure the name on your order matches the name on the payment method.
• The delivery address should match the one associated with your payment account.
• Avoid using mismatched or unusual email addresses for your order.
• Do not use VPNs or proxies; a mismatch between your payment IP and your delivery address is a significant red flag.
• Consider splitting up your purchases, particularly if your card issuer has set spending limits.

If your purchase was mistakenly canceled and the refund delayed, we sincerely apologize. For a faster resolution, you may contact your bank or PayPal, or wait for us to process the refund.
