Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at SyncSprints. We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Non-returnable items include clearance items, sale items, customized items, and gift cards.

  2. Return Authorization:
    You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Shipping Your Return:
    Send your item to:

    Ensure the RMA number is included with your return package.
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Refunds

Refund Process:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@syncsprints.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at returns@syncsprints.com.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel, contact us at cancel@syncsprints.com or call +44 7463 633990.

Online Dispute Resolution

If you are unable to resolve a transaction-related issue directly with a seller, you must follow our online dispute resolution process through the Resolution Center to pursue a claim under our Purchase Protection program. The process involves submitting a dispute, communicating with the seller, and escalating the dispute if necessary.
